This space is a flexible and open work environment for creatives to engage and collaborate. We wanted to preserve some of the original historic features of the building like the exposed wood trusses, while adding new, modern elements. The Think Tank is the central hub of the entire space, bringing people and ideas together. The office is also complete with open mobile workstations, phone booths, photography studio, small meeting rooms, break room, and a full apartment.
