Project: Back 40 Modern Mountain Home

When this client approached me about designing their home, I was so insanely excited because I knew they had an incredible vision for what they wanted. The #1 priority was windows!! Lots and lots of large windows. They also valued quality over quantity. So we packed quite a few spaces, into a small footprint, leaving plenty of "flex" areas for their family to use and grow into and completed the spaces with soapstone countertops and rift sawn white oak cabinetry throughout.

The 2 story custom windows in the great room were breathtaking. The great room consists of the living area, dining, kitchen, and a moody flex room for books and a desk!

A white oak drop zone sits at the back entrance, one the way to the powder bath and primary bedroom.

The primary suite is light, bright and serene with touches of warmth in the wood cabinetry, and textured shower wall tile.

We are forever grateful to be a part of such a beautiful project for a beautiful family!
